For the last 3 days Stefanie has been walking in the 3 day. The 3 day is an annual event in Phoenix to raise money for Breast Cancer research. In the last 3 days Stefanie and 2,500 others have walked from Gilbert to Tempe, then Tempe to Scottsdale and back to Tempe, and on the last day from Tempe to Phoenix. For a total mileage of 60 miles.

 

The kids and I have been running all over town to cheer her on. It can be very emotional to see all the people who have been affected by breast cancer, and how many survivors are involved.

 

We have missed having Stefanie around for the last 3 days, but she has been involved in a great event with a great purpose.
