Today I dusted off the floor jack, and took out the spanners and took to the Volvo. After 95K miles, the front struts had seen better days. So, I replaced the struts, strut bushings, strut bearings, and replaced the pads and rotors just to make the whole thing complete.

 

I then had the front end aligned, and had the front tires replaced since they had a serious pull to the right.

 

Then it was off to the power wash to clean out the car from trips all over Arizona and California. Now our V70 looks and drives like a car 3 years younger.
