Harper’s Ferry
 
Headed up to Harper’s Ferry today, before we drive back to the DC area for a couple of days. Before we left the Mt. Jackson area, we did a little searching for some of my ancestor’s  graves, and ended up finding out that they helped build the main church in Mt. Jackson.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
I have always wanted to hike the Appalachian Trail, the Lewis and Clark Trail, and hike along a section of Trails to Rails. In Harper’s Ferry I was able to do them all by walking down the main street and bridge at Harper’s Ferry. I guess I can kinda check that one off the list.
